Devin Talbott

Devin Talbott is a local investor and entrepreneur committed to building soccer in DC and expanding soccer’s reach and benefits in his hometown. Talbott founded and runs Enlightenment Capital, one of DC’s most active private investment firms. He serves on the Leadership Advisory Board of U.S. Soccer. Talbott played soccer at Amherst College, where he helped lead the school to its first ever Final Four appearance. Devin is an owner of D.C. United and a founding owner of DC Power. He was an owner of the Washington Spirit when the team won the 2021 NWSL Championship and was a prior board member of DC SCORES.
